No merchandise may be returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

LBUTampa.com is not responsible for merchandise returned without an RMA number and credit will not be issued for products that have been held for over 90 days from the date of the original invoice. Returned products must include a copy of the original invoice, be in the original packaging and in saleable condition. Returned product arriving broken or in crushed, stained, torn or marked boxes will not be accepted. Merchandise that is returned due to overstock or customer ordering error must be returned freight paid and may incur a restocking charge.
